Vegas Trip!

We came down to Vegas last night - on my birthday! It was late when we finally got to the hotel, so we just had something to eat and headed to bed. I had booked a room at a Hilton Hotel for a teacher who went to a workshop and they offered me a deal on a room at the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites. We found a deal on flights from Bellingham and since it is Spring Break, I didn't need to take time off and Holly isn't missing any school.

Today, we drove to the Bellagio and walked around the atrium. Holly brought her camera - of course!



Later, we took her up to the top of the Eiffel Tower hotel . . .


We also took her to Paris . . .

. . . and to Venice!

 

 

Our gondola driver sang to us in Italian and also sang happy birthday to me! It was the best (and the cheapest, and the quickest) European vacation, EVER! (Think we'll be able to con Holly in 5 years into believing she's been to Europe?!).

 

 

After the gondola ride, we walked around the Grand Canal Shoppes.
